Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related
- Minimum 4 years prior experience on Planning Area
- Language - Spanish/English.
- Knowledge of ERP system, MRP and inventory management
- Must have high ethical standards, proactive, analytical, organized, efficient.
- Problem solving skills, Collaborative, team-oriented work style, Ability to effectively report out on status of work to all levels of the organization. Time Management.
- Coordinate production of finished good according with the company’s customers requirements.
- Maintain communication with all the departments involved on the production process from initial contact through final disposition of the customers product.
- Schedule production plan
- Establish a database to track returnable containers for multiple product to assure availability for customer




- Coordinate production of components with corporative and/or external vendors as required.
- Analyze materials availability to ensure production schedule plan
- Generate Internal Orders, purchasing requisitions and/or spot buys accordingly to company needs
- Work with continuous improvement department
- Prepare shortage report to identify new component and fulfil pipeline to cover customer requirements during launch project
- Analyze forecast, firm demand and historical data for planning decisions
