A production manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing process in a factory. They work with a production team to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Production scheduling**: Plan and organize production schedules
- ** Quality assurance**: Ensure that quality control standards are met
- ** Health and safety**: Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
- ** Cost management and budgeting**: Estimate, negotiate, and agree budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- ** Communication**: Explain corporate goals and aims to their team members
- ** Overseeing production processes**: Oversee production processes and renegotiate timescales or schedules as necessary
- ** Selecting materials**: Select, order, and purchase materials
- ** Equipment maintenance**: Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Organize relevant training sessions
- ** Reporting**: Prepare reports on their activities and present them to upper management
Experiência y requisitos
- English level_ Advanced
- Visa Laser available.
- Availability to travel.
- Experience in electronic
- 6 years of experience in the position.
- Education: BS or BA in Engineering or related field is required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
