**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand the Operational needs of the organization considering Product Management, Operations, Materials, Supply Chain and Engineering.
- Take project from outline stage. Analyze and develop objectives and solutions to fit the Industrial footprint requirements.
- Propose a cost-effective solution for the project and obtain buy-in/approval from the owning Industrial sub vertical.
- Reduce cost, lead-times and improve quality by consideration of the total picture and do what is best for TE Connectivity.
- Ensure that transfer projects meet the agreed footprint requirements.
- Work with functional managers as needed to meet project objectives and on-time deliveries.
- Hold core team members accountable to assure predictability.
- Support the removal of barriers to assure project commitments will be met.
- Report regularly on progress to plan.
- To ensure detailed action plans for all transfer / other projects are created by allocated Project Engineer and correct procedures are followed.
- To ensure project plans are realistic and cost effective.
- To monitor and suggest adjustment of plans to meet the required schedules.




- To take the appropriate action when problems occur, raising concerns to the next level of Management if required.
- To perform any other tasks allocated by Management.
**What your background should look like**:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic or related engineering discipline
- English Communication Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on business transformation and operations migration, working with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects, meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Experience in managing and executing transfer and migration projects and green field projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Confidence in communicating to senior management and customers.
