**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop seat systems and components (structure, foam, trim, mechanisms, etc.)
- Release CAD models and detailed drawings using NX and CATIA V5
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and suppliers
- Support design reviews, FMEA, and validation plans
- Manage engineering changes through all development phases
- Ensure timely delivery of product documentation and compliance with industry standards
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
**- 3+ years of experience in seat design within the automotive industry**
- Proficiency in NX and CATIA V5
- Strong understanding of GD&T; and DVP&R; processes
- Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
