We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to support our U.S.based Sales Managers. You will help oversee a team of appointment setters, monitor performance, and assist in day-to-day coordination. This is a growth role for someone with sales or call center experience who wants to move into leadership.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Sales Managers with team coordination
- Monitor daily KPIs and report performance
- Assist with onboarding and training new reps
- Handle basic escalations and team questions
- Ensure team follows call scripts and scheduling guidelines
- Join Zoom meetings with management and team
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year experience in sales, appointment setting, or call center
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable internet and computer with webcam
- Comfortable working U.S. hours (PST)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
**Preferred**:
- Experience in solar, customer service, or team support roles
- Familiar with Zoom, CRMs, or dialers
