Role Description The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment at the on-site facility in San Luis Potosí, SLP. This full-time role includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas. The Cleaner will handle trash removal, replenish supplies (such as soap, paper products, and cleaning materials), and report any maintenance or safety issues.





The role may also involve occasional deep-cleaning projects, such as window cleaning, floor polishing, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. The Cleaner works closely with site staff to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met and follows all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and use of standard cleaning equipment and products.

Ability to follow established cleaning schedules, checklists, and workplace safety procedures.

Attention to detail, reliability, and consistency in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry cleaning supplies and equipment throughout the workday.

Good time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic communication skills to coordinate tasks and report issues to supervisors or site staff.

Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred but not required.

Willingness to comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
