Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with plastic injection molded components, engineered resins, resin cost drivers, tooling, molds, or component industrialization strongly preferred. Strong sourcing, negotiation, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, quality, operations, finance, sourcing, and materials management.
