**We will count on you to**:
- Support strategic initiatives and deliver key outputs for new solutions. Adhere to engineering design standards and best practices.
- Generate documentation for onboarding and operational turnover. Develop task lists and milestones for timely deliverables. Implement infrastructure and ensure proper network cabling.
- Conduct testing and document results for defect-free implementation.
- Update and maintain documentation in a centralized repository. Participate in project reviews and provide end-user training. Manage change control requests and adhere to processes.
- Monitor incident queues and resolve or assign tickets. Execute BAU configuration and deployment activities
- . Handle routine configurations and manage IMAC activities. Oversee DNS, DHCP, and IP infrastructure using Infoblox.
- Identify solutions for network optimization and performance enhancement.
- Provide technical support to various teams and generate performance reports.
