**Director of Sales Job Description**
DUTIES AND SERVICES
duties (“Duties”) and responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing advice, guidance and full engagement for the following business sectors, and other business sectors as required:
**(a) Sales**
(i) Based on the company's long-term goals, will strategically plan sales targets and sales channels in the Mexico for five (5) years and break them down into future annual targets. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this duty does not constitute an extension of the Term.
(ii) As per the strategic annual targets; determine the target customer groups in the Mexico market for the current year. In addition, assist with laying out a customer development plan. Cooperate with the Company striving to accomplish the annual sales and profit goals.
(iii) Assist the Company to promote the annual customer development plan, analyze the market requirements and provide reasonable improvement suggestions.
(iv) Assist the company's sales staff and local sales staff to service and grow the business with key customers (e.g., customer relationships,



regular visits, and interaction, etc.).
(v) Assist the company to summarize the sales and marketing performance of the year in October each year during Term and provide guidance for planning for the next year.
(vi) Be very familiar to the TBR and PCR products.
**(b) Marketing**
(i) Complete market product price surveys at regular intervals (monthly/quarterly), based on market research and feedback, company cost, profit target and long-term strategy. Work with company management personnel to improve pricing strategies, based on market conditions and position in the market.
(ii) Provide timely feedback and recommendations for major market price adjustments.
(iii) Analyze and recommend marketing strategies.
(iv) Support company established brands and provide recommendations for enhancing the brand image.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per month
