**Responsibilities**:
- Handled the customer feedback issues and coordinated teams to solve problems.
- Keep continues improvement quality for all the processes validation and action effectiveness.
- Develop quality assurance standards and company processes.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
- Verify transferred projects and process audit plan (DVT, PVT gate, including the data sheet) and verify performance.
- Followed up and corrective action implementation of bug list in NPI models.
- Followed up the ECN change and validated all the activities in place.
- Product and process line validation (Frond end and Back end)
- Coordinate VDA preparation audit and follow up of open findings.
- Review PPAP document according to the PPAP level required for engineering changes, transfer projects or new product introductions.
