We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to help our Latin America and the Caribbean Business Development (BD) team continue to grow. We work with schools from Early Years (3 years old) to Advanced (18 years old) providing programes, assessment, resources and support. In this position you have the opportunity play a vital role helping our experienced team reach their customers and meet customer needs.
**About the role**
The Sales Support Assistant provides valuable administrative support to the International Network Latin America and Caribbean Team
As Sales Support Assistant you will:
- Provide valuable administrative support to the International Network Latin America Team to help facilitate projects, events and co-operation with the Cambridge English offices.
- Provide sales support to all the BD managers ensuring good follow up with customers and detailed reporting of sales activity.
- The aim of this role is to increase revenue and customers satisfaction by fully supporting BD managers in their roles.

**Additional and desirable requirements**:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and comfortable with databases and research
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities; handles multiple projects and remains calm under pressure
- Effective relationship builder with proven teamwork and initiative
- Experience in relevant projects, events,
and customer service; education or publishing experience desirable
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
- Flexible, independent, and collaborative approach to work
- Degree-level education preferred but not required
