**About the role**:
- Ensure that qualification/validation activities for areas, critical systems, equipment, packaging lines, and transportation related to projects are executed on time and properly.
- Propose and implement qualification strategies within projects and manage them in collaboration with the Engineering, OPEX, and/or PMO departments.
- Perform qualification activities for areas, critical systems, equipment, transport validation, packaging line validation, cleaning validation, and software validation as required according to the Validation Master Plan and project needs.
- English profficiency everyday in your activities.
- You'll handle national and global audits.
Location of the role: Tlalpan, Mexico City.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Prepare protocols and reports according to the Validation Master Plan and related to validation/qualification projects.
Includes critical systems such as water, compressed air, HVAC, manufacturing equipment, packaging, laboratory, areas, and transportation.
- Execute protocols and reports according to the Validation Master Plan and related to validation/qualification projects
- Participation in internal & external audits and remediations.
Participate in internal and external audits, as well as self-inspections. Execute the action and/or remediation plan based on the audit results.
- Participation in all the site Projects.
Participate in projects to propose and implement qualification strategies, and manage projects in collaboration with the Engineering, OPEX, and/or PMO departments.
- Timely reporting of any impediment to performing validation/qualification activities
- Perform monthly BSO (Behavioral Safety Observation)
**The experience we're looking for**:
- Experience in engineering, validation, or as a chemical analyst.
- Educational background: We're open to any career if you fulfill the experience we're looking for.
- Experience with regulatory entities such as Cofepris, FDA, and EMA (European Medicines Agency).
- Handling of Equipment for Qualification Studies Execution.
- Qualification of critical services (water, compressed air, nitrogen, HVAC), manufacturing equipment, packaging equipment, and areas.
- Validation of cleaning procedures for manufacturing equipment, primary packaging, and areas where product exposure occurs.
