Join our team as a **Senior Jira Cloud Administrator,** where you will manage and enhance our Jira Cloud platform by improving workflows, automating tasks, and documenting processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and configure Jira Cloud environments to meet organizational needs
- Develop, test, and implement automation rules within Jira Cloud to streamline workflows and processes
- Set up and maintain various Jira projects, schemes, workflows, permissions, and notifications
- Monitor and troubleshoot Jira Cloud issues, providing timely resolutions
- Document all configurations, workflows, and processes within Jira Cloud
- Create user guides and training materials for team members to ensure proper use and understanding of Jira Cloud features
- Provide ongoing support for Jira Cloud users, addressing and resolving any issues or questions
- Regularly update and maintain Jira Cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Write basic scripts in Python to support various automation and integration tasks related to Jira
- Assist with the automation of Jira processes using Terraform
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate Jira with existing infrastructure managed by Terraform
- Control changes in permission schemes, screens, workflows using automation and scripting
- Create automation for creation and modification in projects, schemes, workflows
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Atlassian Administrator with expertise in Jira Cloud, minimum 3 years
- Strong knowledge of Jira Cloud administration including configuration, automation, and troubleshooting
- Experience in Python scripting with ability to write basic scripts
- Experience reviewing and improving workflows, permission schemes, and automation in Jira
- Ability to document processes and create training materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaboration and documentation




- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience with Terraform automation and integration with Jira
- Familiarity with Atlassian Python APIs
- Background in supporting and developing scripts for automation
- Experience controlling changes in Jira permission schemes and workflows using automation
