**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct follow-ups and monitor progress on strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare recurring reports and executive summaries with clear visuals and takeaways.
- Support planning cycles and simplify recurring processes.
- Consolidate inputs from business owners and ensure version control in shared repositories.
- Support business area needs and market priorities as they arise.
This is a hybrid position.
Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data/Analytics, Business, or similar). Availability 20-25 hours/week.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present data clearly.
- Self-learner with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
- Resilience and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
