- As required. serve as back up for manager.
- Review of Metric and indicators.
- Represent the Department of Materials at the meetings with the areas that require.Proposal development to improve productivity.
- Improvement Project Development.
- Lead department improvements and projects.
- Suggests annual department objectives.
- High complexity task-projects.
- High performance expectation.
- Coordinates activities of people who are not direct or indirect subordinates.
- Negotiations within and outside the company, impacts the department or other areas.
- Mature-Senior employee supervision.
- Formal teams.
- Mentor training department.- Additional Functions:
