**Job Purpose**
Develop, design, and optimize products, structures, or components using specialized 3D design software, ensuring the functionality, quality, aesthetics, and manufacturability of the company's projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and modify 3D models, technical drawings, and renderings of products or structures.
- Interpret design requirements from clients or the sales department.
- Collaborate with the production, quality, and purchasing departments to validate the technical feasibility of designs.
- Generate technical documentation (drawings, bills of materials, specifications).
- Participate in product development and continuous improvement meetings.
- Ensure that designs comply with internal quality and safety standards.
- Perform simulations or virtual tests when required by the project.
- Propose improvements to materials, processes, or design methods to optimize manufacturing costs and timelines.




- Provide technical support to the production department during the manufacturing or installation of projects.
- Keep the digital archive of designs and backups up to date.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Rhino, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
- Knowledge of technical drawings, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of strength analysis or simulation (desirable).
- Creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different departments.
- Ability to hold a conversation in English.
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
