**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated, service‑oriented Sales Support Representative / Customer Service & to join our growing operations specializing in wire, cable, and wire harness products.
**Duties**
- **Support marketing initiatives** by promoting company products and services to both existing customers and prospective clients.
- **Collaborate with the Business Development team** to identify market opportunities, support growth efforts, and contribute to expanding the customer base.
- **Assist in technical sales**, explaining product features, benefits, capabilities, and tailored solutions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Maintain detailed and accurate records** of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations, account information, and follow‑up requirements within internal systems.
- **Build and maintain strong customer relationships**, fostering trust, satisfaction, and long‑term retention through consistent communication and support.
**Requirements**:
- **Knowledge of the wire, cable, and wire harness industry**, including understanding of product types and terminology.
- **Excellent communication skills in English**,



both verbal and written.
- **Experience with outbound calling**, including warm calling, telemarketing, and customer service environments.
- **Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively** within a cross‑functional team setting.
- **Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities** in a fast‑paced environment.
- **Strong organizational skills** with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

- **Ability to travel to the United States** as needed for training, team meetings, or operational support.
