**Account Representative - Customer Operations**

We are hiring a detail-oriented Account Representative to support daily operations for a restaurant chain account.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up with suppliers and request updated documentation
- Track expired or missing documents
- Contact Restaurant General Managers to collect complaint details
- Properly document cases in internal systems
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Escalate issues to the Account Manager Supervisor when needed
**Requirements**:
- Customer Service / Call Center / Operations experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
- Patient, good listener, and well-organized
**English is mandatory**Professional written & spoken English required.
