To achieve consistent quality and efficiency based on data e.g. (scientific molding methodology).* keep up date all process documentation, establish optimized settings, continuous improvement.* provide technical leadership to molding technicians.* core tools up dating (pfma, control plan), cqi-23, cqi-20.* new tools & equipment validation process.* experience in automotive industry (desirable).*the experience we’re looking to add to our team:* intermediate english.* bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering,
