This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as a **Sr. Financial Analyst**
**Objective**:Responsible of providing detailed financial analysis of the operative costs and expenses, as well as to analyze financial data to identify trends, improvement opportunities and expense savings, with the purpose of supporting the business units in the decision making.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Business Units (BU) teams to provide data and financial analysis in an optimal way, supporting the operative decision-making process.
- Make financial analysis of variations, trends, patterns, using the tools of data analysis.
- Follow up on KPIs, daily, weekly and monthly to monitor the BU performance and identifying tendencies.
- Make analysis and detailed follow ups of freight costs, identifying improvement areas and cost savings.
- Support the financial reviews at the end of the month giving reports and optimal analysis.
- Follow up on the cost saving initiatives,



identifying the financial impact
- Contribute to the improvement and development of financial models for analysis and planning.
- Work in collaboration with other departments in alignment with the goals and financial objectives.
**Requirements & Knowledge**:
- Degree on Accounting, Finance, Administration or related fields.
- Intermediate Excel (Pivot table, Macros)
- English. High domain.
- 5 years experience in Accounting or similar positions
- Financial Analysis.
- ERPs handling.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- Effective Communication.
