Shop end-to-end management and creator (KOL) affiliate marketing to Tik Tok Ads and Livestream production, we bridge the gap between products and viral commerce.As Tik Tok Shop continues to redefine the Mexico e-commerce landscape, we are looking for a high-energy, results-drive n Business Development Manag er to spearhead our growth by acquiring top-tier international and Mexico local brands. You will be the face of our agency, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with brands looking to dominate Tik Tok. You will consult with marketing directors and business owners to design Tik Tok-first strategies that drive ROI.

Lead Generation & Prospect ing: Proactively identify and reach out to high-potential brands (local Mexico & International) across categories such as Beauty, Fashion, Home Decor,



and Electronics.Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and initial pitch to contract negotiation and nduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand brand pain points and pitch tailored solutions (Tik Tok Shop setup, Affiliate operating, Paid Ads, and Livestreaming).Market Intellige nce: Stay ahead of Tik Tok Shop trends, policy changes, and competitor moves to position our agency as the premier authority in the space.Experience : 3+ years of experience in Sales/BD within E-commerce, Digital Marketing Agencies, or Saa S (Experience with Tik Tok Shop or Amazon SPN is a major plus).Network : An existing network of contacts within Mexico-based consumer brands/DTC brands is highly preferred.Tik Tok Savvy : Deep understanding of the Tik Tok ecosystem (Creator marketplace, Shop, Livestreaming, and Spark Ads).Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex Tik Tok concepts for traditional brand owners.
