Role Overview - We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer (L2/L3) with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, DevOps tools, and hands‐on experience in managing critical production environments.

- The idóneo candidate will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, automation, and ensuring high availability of applications.

Key Responsibilities - Monitor and support production systems ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance.

- Perform L2/L3 incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
- Handle on‐call support, escalations, and coordinate with cross‐functional teams.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure in AWS
- Implement automation using DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker,



Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform (as applicable).
- Develop and maintain shell scripts, automation scripts, or utility scripts for operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, perform change management, and support release deployments.
- Analyze recurring issues and contribute to RCA documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve application-level issues.
- Utilize prompt‐based tools/AI assistants for faster diagnosis, code understanding, and operational queries.
