We are looking for a Software Engineer Manager to drive the technical direction of our vendor squads In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between architecture, product, and development teams—ensuring top-tier code quality, security, and scalability across Backend, Frontend, and DevOps. Leadership Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience managing engineering teams.

Cloud Native: A proven track record of delivering large-scale, cloud-native applications.

Methodology: Deep experience in Agile + DevOps environments with high CI/CD maturity.

Proficiency in Core Languages: Java, Node.js, or .NET.

Deep AWS Services Knowledge: Infrastructure as Code and serverless patterns.

Advanced SQL/NoSQL Data Management.

Strong Leadership & Mentorship Skills.
