Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience designing and developing e-learning content.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning development best practices.
- Experience developing software-based training content and blended learning solutions.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content publishing processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Subject Matter Experts, and integral stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.




- Knowledge of UX/UI design, graphic design, typography, color theory, healthcare, or software security is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Product Management, Engineering teams, Subject Matter Experts, and business stakeholders to gather learning requirements and define training objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses and instructor-led training materials using instructional design best practices.
- Apply adult learning theories and established learning models to create impactful learning experiences for customers.
- Develop standardized training materials, role-based learning scenarios, assessments, and certification content.
- Create and update courseware as products evolve, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Participate in LMS administration, content publishing, and learning program maintenance.
- Analyze course feedback and learning evaluations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global teams to support multilingual content and training initiatives.
- Drive process improvements that enhance content development efficiency and learning effectiveness.
