Technical Consultant LexisNexis Risk Solutions

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Technical Consultant to support client implementations and integrations of our industryleading solutions. This role combines technical expertise, client consulting, and problemsolving to deliver successful outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical consulting and integration support to clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Guide and support software implementations, configurations, and deployments.
Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Communicate directly with clients and internal partners throughout project lifecycles.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and advanced XML support.
Share best practices and technical knowledge to ensure successful customer implementations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
Previous experience in technical consulting, software implementation, or customerfacing technical roles.
Fluent English communication skills.
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL databases.
Knowledge of XML, SOAP, and JSON web services.
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.




Ability to travel up to 25 as required
