The Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for U.This role works in close partnership with a dedicated Talent Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter leads interviews, manages hiring manager relationships, drives the selection process, and ensures alignment with talent strategies and business objectives. This position will work remotely for approximately the first year, with plans to transition to an onsite office in Monterrey, Mexico.

Partner with a Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles,



and recruitment strategy.

Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.

Facilitate the offer process in partnership with Compensation and the HR team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Maintain accurate candidate records and process documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives where applicable. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in recruitment or HR.

~Workday or similar applicant tracking system experience preferred.

~ Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

This position will start as remote and transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the office is operational
