Responsibilities
- Partner with supply chain business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and operational requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional BI requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery.
- Drive development, enhancement, and adoption of dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks.
- Provide proactive actionable insights and recommendations to support business performance and decision‑making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and analytics solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for BI‑related support within assigned functional or execution areas.
- Prioritise BI requests and ensure timely delivery of solutions by developing the dashboards as required.
- Support standardisation of business metrics, monitor report usage, identify improvement opportunities, and optimise reporting processes.
- Facilitate user training, stakeholder communication, and change‑management activities related to BI solutions.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers,
and Solution Architects to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering with 4–7 years of experience in Supply chain.
- Strong Supply chain business process knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence, reporting, and analytics concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse business processes and identify data‑driven improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of KPI management, data governance, and reporting best practices.
- Good understanding of SQL, data models, and data visualization principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced business environment.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
