To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of Plexus's production by providing comprehensive support for equipment. Through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and a dedication to continuous learning, strive to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and contribute to the successful production of high-quality products.

Key Job Accountabilities

- Executes manufacturing solutions / provides high‑quality, cost‑appropriate services that satisfy customers and apply process improvement or troubleshooting as applicable.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production.
- Demonstrates a basic, discipline‑specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / product requirements & specifications.
- Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision,



in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes, and provides support to direct production line operators.
- Basic understanding of equipment / process control / safety / risk awareness / setup awareness / operation of equipment.

Education / Experience Qualifications

- Associate's degree with one or more years of related experience is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
