Business Transformation Specialist

The Business Transformation Specialist will assist leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives and create long‑term strategic and business development plans.

Responsibilities

- Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes, managing projects from start to finish and ensuring they are executed successfully.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and momentum.
- Manage budgets and forecast financials with a focus on value creation, cost optimization, and ROI.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

- A university degree required (i.e., bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation.
- Strong organization, planning,



and time management skills to achieve results.
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity; holds self accountable to achieving goals and standards.
- Team player who can work in a fast‑paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers.
- Ideally a strong finance background.
