Responsibilities

- Identify business requirements, design functional and process flows (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototype, test, train and define support procedures.
- Lead workshops for client education.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand and analyze business requirements.
- Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday Financials solutions, ensuring cohesion across work streams and mitigating cross‑functional impacts.
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
