Responsibilities

- Promote the deployment of Supplier Excellence System tools at Suppliers
- Ensure/organize and coordinate the related Supplier Development actions, based on inputs from assessments, supplier nomination committee, Program or Series escalation
- Carry out improvement/convergence plan with Red list Suppliers (as defined from red list or requested by commodity)
- Improve the QCD performance for the list of dedicated suppliers through Supplier Development activities
- Perform assessment according to FAURECIA standards and supports the Commodity buyer to obtain efficient action plan.
- Train the suppliers to FAURECIA tools: QSE / 7 Basics, PSE and others
- Give recommendations for supplier selection in programs and series

Requirements

- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Experience





- Minimum 5 years experience in industry in Supplier development
- Quality Experience and / or Production Experience
- GD&T;, Core tools
- Problem Solving
