Job Description

- Maintain and support a high availability server infrastructure, supporting 24/7 environments
- Implementing and managing Network (wired and wireless) infrastructure
- Monitoring IT infrastructure and providing support or escalation as needed
- Domain controller administration (AD roles configuration, Group Policy Management). DNS and DHCP administration and support
- Manage and maintain corporate Backup system and ensure proper tape rotation
- Provides first level support for plant users (through ticketing system)
- Administration of the corporate standard Windows Operating system, and windows applications, such as Office 365 Suite and standardized software

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar




- 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience in Server/Storage/Backup hardware and software
- Great customer service focus; Problem solver and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
