Operations Coordinator JD (Suprema LATAM)

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our LATAM business by managing international order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations. The idóneo candidate will ensure smooth execution of shipments, maintain close communication with internal teams and logistics partners, and deliver excellent operational support to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities International Operations & Logistics

Manage the end-to-end processing of Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), Commercial Invoices (CI), and Packing Lists (PL).

Monitor production schedules and shipment timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments with DHL, FedEx, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.

Request and verify shipment information, including weight, dimensions, and estimated shipping dates.

Coordinate shipment consolidations and international shipment rerouting when required.

Track Air Waybills (AWB) and courier tracking numbers, providing shipment status updates.

Resolve logistics issues and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor customs clearance processes and support import/export operations.

Prepare and review export documentation to ensure compliance with international shipping requirements.

Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes and coordinate warranty shipments.

Track purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate material requests and procurement activities.

Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.





Support inventory replenishment and supply planning to maintain operational continuity. Qualifications

~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

~5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or international trade.

~ Experience handling international shipments and export documentation.

~ Familiarity with courier services (DHL, FedEx) and freight forwarding operations.

~ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

~ Excellent communication and coordination skills.

~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

~ Spanish proficiency required; English is highly preferred.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce etc.).

Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs processes.
