We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our team in CTS Aguascalientes , supporting employees across the United States and Canada .

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations related to employee benefits, rewards programs, and employee experience initiatives , while interacting directly with employees and stakeholders across North America.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who want to start their career in a general organization and gain exposure to international HR operations.

Key highlights of the role:

- Manage employee queries related to US & Canada benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, rewards, etc.)
- Support employee experience initiatives and annual benefits enrollment cycles
- Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and internal HR teams
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting,



and service KPIs
- Work closely with stakeholders across North America

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree completed (Business, HR, or related fields)
- Advanced conversational English (required) – you will interact daily with employees in the US & Canada
- Around 6 months to 1 year of professional experience (internships or early career roles are welcome)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Interest in HR operations, benefits administration, and employee experience
- Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools
