Comply with the solids manufacturing and packaging program. Manage solids plant resources (human and material). Manage plant requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement in different areas of the plant.

Collaborate with different areas to contribute to the area's objectives and company projects. Ensure compliance with national regulations, internal policies, codes, and procedures applicable to the solids area. Possess knowledge of oral solids production and packaging.

Attend to external and internal audits. Ensure that the processes for picking, handling, reconciling, and returning materials and raw materials to the Solids production plant are executed and documented in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensure that the equipment, systems, and facilities of the Production Services area are, as applicable, qualified, validated, calibrated, and in good working order.

Manage personnel (human resource allocation, overtime, vacations) and ensure that all personnel under your supervision are up-to-date and trained based on individual training matrices. Review and lead the department's documentation activities, including change control, CAPAs, SOPs, training, complaints, OP/PPs, etc. Guide the analysis of deviations to determine the root cause, change controls,



and CAPAs within the established Quality system.

Promptly report incidents or events that do not comply with the organization's established procedures and/or policies, and collaborate in technical transfers, equipment qualification, and process validation. Comply with established procedures related to Good Manufacturing Practices, Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection applicable to your activities. Participate in continuous improvement projects for the Solids Production area and the supplies required for operations.Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Medicine, Chemical Engineering, or related field

+ 5 years of experience in ISO Class A, Class B, and ISO aseptic environments. 2 years of experience in simulated filling, +2 years of experience in manufacturing sterile solutions, suspensions, and semi-solids, and in aseptic filtration. At least 2 years of experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) in aseptic operations.Competencies
