Job Description

SUMMARY: The Junior Financial Analyst prepares financial and business analyses and research related to financial performance, expenses, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.

REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES: Activities will vary depending on the assigned functional area and may include:

- Supporting and assisting in the closing process, including analysis, journal entries, and data accuracy checks.
- Researching and providing financial analyses to assess the impact of corporate projects and transactions.




- Conducting analyses in areas such as financial performance, expenses, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
- Supporting and assisting in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including coordinating the preparation of cost center budgets and inputting data into planning systems.
- Supporting forecasts and analyzing trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, and general business conditions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiencies.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
- 0-2 years of finance or related experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, and macros.
