Strategic Sourcing & Category Management Specialist

- Develop and execute category strategies for multi-million USD spend across global and regional procurement portfolios.
- Conduct market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
- Utilize strategic sourcing methodologies, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), should-cost analysis, clean sheet models, and value optimization techniques to drive measurable business results.
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFx management, supplier evaluation, competitive bidding, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance governance.
- Identify and implement cost savings, process improvements, and supplier innovation initiatives while ensuring business continuity and compliance.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to improve performance, service levels, and long-term value creation.




- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Experience working within integral or multinational organizations, collaborating across multiple regions and cultures.

Communication & Stakeholder Management – Advanced English (C1/C2)

- Present sourcing strategies, business cases, and cost optimization initiatives to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Microsoft Excel and Power BI to develop procurement reports, analyze spend, track cost savings, monitor procurement KPIs, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Legal, Supply Chain, and Business Leaders, to deliver procurement objectives.
- Analytical Skills, Vendor Management Skills, Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Negotiation Skills, Judgement & Decision-Making Skills
