Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive continuous quality improvements within cross-functional teams (CFT)
- Support Failure Analysis (FA) reports for new product introductions and transfers
- Manage and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on quality-related topics
- Review and approve documentation in PFS and Agile systems
- Support material disposition and control within MRB processes
- Generate Quality Alerts and coordinate containment actions (purges) as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality standards

- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in SMT and selective soldering processes (or similar role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of SMT,



through-hole, and conformal coating processes
- Expertise in IPC-A-610 standards; Internal Auditor certification is a plus
- Experience with non-conforming material management (FPY, PPMs), and problem-solving methodologies (8D, FMEA, Control Plan, MRB)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with customers
- Strong teamwork, ethics, and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, including versátil shifts if required
- Knowledge of Agile, PFS, Power BI, and LN systems is a plus
