Job Opportunity – Production Supervisor (Final Assembly Test & Pack – FATP)

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our Final Assembly Test and Pack (FATP) department. The successful candidate will manage a team of production line leaders, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain a safe and efficient work environment, and drive continuous improvements to achieve the highest product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the FATP department.
- Manage and mentor a team of production line leaders.
- Ensure all production targets and schedules are met.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.




- Monitor production data through MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

- High school, vocational certificate, diploma, or equivalent education level
- 5 years of experience within the electronics industry.
- Proven experience in managing the FATP process within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.
