Job Description

- Validate requested billing adjustments.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assist the B2C and billing teams with MEC activities.
- Support in-scope billing activities daily.
- Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C, billing, or collections.
- Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts.




- Experience with Oracle is desirable.
