About The Role
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for delivering innovative product experiences that address customer needs and differentiate Tebra in the marketplace. This role leverages internal and external feedback, industry insights, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, and go‑to‑market teams to shape the product strategy and lead the delivery of impactful solutions.
Your Area of Focus
- Define and design features on one or more of Tebra’s core products that solve customer problems.
- Perform market research, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and pricing studies.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to design features and processes for Tebra’s platform and customer experience.
- Research product positioning and provide recommendations to Product Marketing.
- Collect feedback by reviewing support issues, administering user acceptance tests, and analyzing sales win/loss data.
- Prepare software design plans including product specifications, use case documentation, and user interface wireframes.
- Manage the customer experience roadmap, document product strategy, and own the feature backlog.
- Analyze product usage and provide recommendations for the roadmap.
- Stay current on regulatory and compliance requirements related to healthcare technology.
Your Professional Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience focused on software applications.
- Demonstrated success with clinical workflows and product strategy within the healthcare landscape.
- Track record as a product manager at a successful B2B SaaS/Cloud software business with agile experience.
- Experience executing complex product initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills, including financial modeling.
- Versátil, creative thinker who can define trade‑offs and solve ambiguity.
- Preferred prior experience developing products in the healthcare industry.
Compensation
Zone 1 (National Average): $160,000 USD – $183,000 USD. Compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, role requirements, and geographic zone. Variable pay and a robust benefits package are also offered.
