Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Global Mobility Specialist to support global mobility operations within a professional services environment. The adecuado candidate will have a solid understanding of the processes, complexities, and logistics of international mobility, combined with a collaborative mindset suited to working across a networked organization.This role uniquely blends technical, analytical, and communication capabilities, requiring strong digital skills to enhance data-driven decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality communication and stakeholder engagement across the mobility programme.Key ResponsibilitiesMobility Operations & ComplianceEnable and maintain processes to ensure accurate and reliable mobility data across the networkLead compliance activities with large amounts of dataAssist in the development and refinement of mobility policies and proceduresManage technical questions and issues related to global mobility policy, programmes, and systemsProvide guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on mobility-related queriesData, Technology & AnalyticsStreamline and improve data management processes to enhance operational effectivenessEnsure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through regular review and maintenanceDrive the support and effective use of global mobility technology platformsIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiency through digital tools and AI capabilitiesCommunications & Stakeholder EngagementDevelop and maintain communication collateral (e.g., presentations, learning materials, SharePoint content) to deliver an enhanced client experience and share key strategic messagesDeliver clear,



impactful written and verbal communications to diverse stakeholder groupsSupport the creation of presentations and strategic materials for internal and business stakeholdersProvide high-quality and culturally competent support to network teams working in a complex business environment, independently evaluating and responding to ad-hoc requests in a timely manner and prioritising tasks based on strategic business needsProjects & Continuous ImprovementManage strategic projects of varying complexity, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating logisticsCollaborate with business teams to deliver seamless mobility experiences for employeesIdentify and implement opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and programme deliveryContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the mobility teamRequired Qualifications3 years minimum of experience in international or global mobility functional areasWorking knowledge of mobility legislation and compliance requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsAbility to work effectively in a networked, matrixed organization, ideally within the professional services sectorAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across geographiesProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsExperience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx)Familiarity with automation tools or scripting for reporting efficiencyUnderstanding and applying basic knowledge of the international assignment programme and policiesAbility to develop and maintain relationships for collaboration, including other GM colleagues across the network.Experience in AI prompting and digital transformation toolsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related fieldExperience with mobility platforms or case management toolsExposure to the international assignment lifecycle and policy frameworksAdvanced English skills
