Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Implementation Engineer to execute implementations for an AI-powered SaaS platform.

You will configure solutions, build integrations, validate deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations and an outstanding customer experience.

Requisitos

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth integrations.

- Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.

- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with Python or JavaScript for scripting and custom logic.

- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and payload debugging.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for integration workflows.

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, or WhatsApp Business API is a plus.

- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently, learn new technologies quickly, and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Configure AI agents, RAG, domain topics, business rules, and automation workflows.

- Build integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth, connecting the platform with customer systems.

- Perform testing, validation, debugging,



and troubleshooting of implementation workflows.

- Document technical configurations, implementation specifications, and deployment results.

- Participate in discovery sessions to gather technical and business requirements.

- Support proof of concepts (POCs), product demonstrations, and larger implementation projects.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and complete technical training and certifications.
