We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservations Specialist to join our remote team and assist clients with booking and managing travel reservations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process travel reservations accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with booking modifications and cancellations
- Verify reservation details and travel documentation
- Respond to reservation inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Maintain accurate client and reservation records
- Coordinate with internal team members regarding booking requests
- Resolve routine reservation issues and escalate complex concerns
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent




- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with reservation systems or CRM software
- Previous travel, hospitality, or customer service experience
