Job Title : Customer Account Partner

Location : 6000 Parkwood Pl, Dublin, OH 43016 (Onsite)

Duration : 6+ Months (Contract to Hire)

Payrate : $21/HR ON W2.

Job Description:

- The Customer Account Partner (CAP) at CLIENT is responsible for the success of our customers.
- This is a demanding role that requires a unique skillset.
- As the voice of the customer, you will act both as an advocate for our products and services, and as a champion for our customers.
- Your job is to ensure that Univar Solutions customers have the best possible customer experience while building and maintaining long lasting relationships.

- This role serves as a main customer contact on a day-to-day basis and provides support for oversight of order activities by achieving key deliverables.
- A successful CAP will be expected to make decisions on behalf of the company in alignment with our financial objectives and customer satisfaction standards.
- All activities are to be managed in accordance with the company's goals of safety, compliance, and code of conduct.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School degree required.
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience with a dedicated customer portfolio.
- 3+ years B2B service management experience, with proven record and history of building successful relationships with customers.
- Strong Communication Skills.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.
- Experience in distribution and/or chemical industry is desirable.
