This is not a theoretical AI role. You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and scaling AI systems that directly improve revenue, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency across all business units. Your job is to turn AI into a competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Execution Identify high-impact areas where AI can drive measurable ROI

Build and execute an AI roadmap across all departments

Prioritize initiatives based on speed, cost savings, and revenue impact Sales & Marketing Automation Implement AI tools for: Lead qualification & scoring (HubSpot optimization) ,Automated outreach (email, SMS, LinkedIn) ,Content generation (ads, landing pages, SEO blogs)

Improve conversion rates and reduce CAC

Operations & Production Efficiency Deploy AI tools to streamline: Production workflows ,Inventory management ,Scheduling and logistics

Reduce manual tasks and improve throughput Customer Experience & Support Build AI-powered systems for: Customer service (chatbots, knowledge bases), Post-sale support and troubleshooting

Reduce support load while improving response time Internal Tools & Automation Build internal GPT-style tools trained on: SOPs ,Product manuals ,Sales scripts

Create systems employees actually use daily Team Enablement Train leadership and teams on AI usage

Create simple SOPs for adoption

Ensure tools are implemented—not just tested KPIs (What You’ll Be Measured On)



Reduction in labor hours per department

Increase in lead-to-sale conversion rate

Decrease in customer acquisition cost (CAC)

Increase in output per employee

Number of AI systems successfully deployed and adopted

ROI per AI initiative Qualifications:

Proven experience implementing AI tools in a business environment

Strong understanding of: Automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs) ,CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) ,AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

Ability to connect business problems to technical solutions

Operator mindset (execution > theory)

Experience in eCommerce, manufacturing, or high-growth startups is a plus Bonus Points Experience building custom GPTs or internal AI tools

Familiarity with sales funnels and paid media

Understanding of manufacturing or logistics workflows
