To assure the effectiveness and profitability of a cable products life cycle from inception to end‑of‑life, including the initial Quote Phase, NPI activities, flawless production launch, cost reductions, and manufacturing optimization. To actively participate in product development and design, providing support to the NPD teams and manufacturing facility as needed. To assure delivery, cost and performance through planning and developing appropriate prevention and detection controls for new products, product changes, and product transfers supporting plant metrics.

Our Team

Provide support to BDMs, PDEs, sales representatives and customers regarding any special product requirements from inception until end of life; support the NPD team on new programs that involve Nogales as a manufacturing plant; support and participate in product transfer to Nogales; support and participate in product and process changes. This position can stop processes, machines and shipments that represent risk in the quality of our products.

What You Will Do





- Engage with forward‑facing cable product BDMs on new opportunities to determine project validity, alignment to plant capabilities, and acceptance to move to the quoting phase.
- Engage with PDE, sourcing and manufacturing plant representatives in submission of a project costing proposal to the BDM team.
- Work with the manufacturing plant representatives in developing a product‑specific launch plan (including resources, timelines, deliverables, and milestones) to achieve a flawless product launch.
- Work with the NPI and AQP engineers to identify responsible contributors and monitor the assigned functions to ensure a flawless NPI launch and smooth integration into the plant’s manufacturing process.
