We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The adecuado candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer support and client services, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services,



resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional support as needed.

Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.

Utilize Salesforce to document interactions and manage information.

Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management is preferred.

Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in Spanish.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Salesforce.

Experience in sales or client services is a plus.

Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
