Clinical Psychologist (Guadalajara, Mexico)

We're looking for passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join Intellect, a leading mental health platform dedicated to making quality care more accessible around the world. As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you'll have the opportunity to empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys — providing meaningful, one‑on‑one support through 60‑minute video sessions tailored to each client's unique goals and needs. This is a freelance, fully remote role that offers you the flexibility to choose your own schedule. It is an ideal way to complement your current job or private practice while joining a collaborative, mission‑driven general community.

What You’ll Do

- Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
- Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia,



eating disorders, and addiction.
- Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence‑based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
- Minimum of 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree.
- Proficiency in English and your local language.
- Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles is preferred.
- Openness to occasional onsite work in Guadalajara if necessary.
