About the jobWe're seeking an Influencer Agent with strong YouTube-first experience to help grow and manage a roster of creators while expanding our network of brand relationships.
In this role, you'll own creator relationships end-to-end, lead outreach and negotiations, review agreements, and consistently improve both deal volume and offer quality across all managed creators with focusing strictly on YouTube partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with YouTube creators and brand partnersGrow the roster by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential YouTube talentLeverage existing brand connections and proactively develop new relationships to expand partnership opportunitiesIncrease the number and value of inbound and outbound offers across all managed creatorsProactively source and pitch brand partnerships via email, LinkedIn, and video callsNegotiate and close brand deals for 10+ YouTube creatorsReview agreements and ensure terms align with creator goals, timelines, and deliverablesRespond quickly and professionally to inbound opportunities and client inquiriesKeep communication clear, organized,
